We’ve updated the Alberta Blue Cross® My Benefits app, adding new features to make it easier than ever to manage your benefits on the go!

The Alberta Blue Cross® My Benefits app has always been a great way to submit claims, check your history and review your spending account balance. Now, you can do even more on the go. With the app’s newly added features, you can access even more information and more easily manage your plan.

Some of the newly added features to our app include the following:

  • Our direct-bill provider lookup is now available in-app, with Google Maps integration.
  • The drug lookup is now available.
  • Physician and provider documents can be uploaded by taking a picture of the document.
  • If you have our Second Opinion® benefit, it now appears in the “Your benefits” tab.
  • Claim statements can be accessed from the “Your recent claims” tab.
  • You can sign up for or update direct deposit information in-app.
  • Your profile and communication preferences can now be edited in-app.
  • You can now view the ineligible provider list in-app.
  • You can seamlessly transition to your account for Balance®, our online wellness program.
