100 per cent of health claims can be submitted online.

Did you know that with Alberta Blue Cross® you can now submit 100 per cent of health claims online? That’s literally hundreds of items you can now claim when and where it’s convenient for you. Many of the items are things you may use daily like diabetic supplies or oxygen. Others may be items used for therapies or in an emergency like an ambulance, walking cast or brace. Either way, submitting your claim is easy and convenient simply download the Alberta Blue Cross® My Benefits app or sign into the member site.

    I can’t find where to submit my claim online. Can someone please send me a link I am a plan member and am logged in

      Great! So, in the menu, you should see Claims. Click on that and then select Submit a claim . From there, you can follow the prompts to submit your claim. If you’re not seeing these options, give us a call at 1-800-661-6995 and we’ll help get it sorted.

    i cannot see any submit claim button anywhere. it keeps forcing me to re sign in ….

      If you’re signed into the member site, go to the the menu – you should see a Claims section. Click on that and then select Submit a claim.     Where should I mail my dental claims form to ? If I submit a request by mail, how can I know whether the request is approved or denied? Will I get notified?

  • When I sign in to member site, it just shows a copy of my ID card. There is no where to select CLAIMS, and I can’t seem to find any way that gets me to the entry form for submitting online
    I am really annoyed at this…… I should be able to choose claims someplace and get this done…
    And I see by some of the others who have written in, this is their problem as well.
    Please get this sorted and let me know.

    Looks like you are not able or not willing to correct the same problem. All the above comments are about the same problem, there is no “Claim” word or a menu. on my member site, like all the others. Your suggestion to go to the step-by-step guide is useless. Please do the right thing and fix the problem.
