Your Individual Assistance Program provides access to counselling that’s convenient for you—whether in person, by phone, online or video chat. We are partnered with Homewood Health—a Canadian leader in mental health and addiction services—to deliver the program.
Within a supportive and caring environment, IAP provides short-term, confidential and professional counselling and coaching services to you and your family so that you can focus on the activities and people you love. You also have access to self-directed online resource packages and tools to help you take practical and effective steps to improving your well-being.

My wife has Parkinsons and she can not be left alone does Blue Cross cover home care
Hello Frank. Sorry for the late reply, I wanted to make sure I got the correct information for you. While some nursing services may be covered depending on the plan, home care is not an eligible benefit. Alberta Health Services does have a Home Care program that may be able to help. Does the Blue Assured plan include IAP? If not which ones do?
