Your Individual Assistance Program provides access to counselling that’s convenient for you—whether in person, by phone, online or video chat. We are partnered with Homewood Health—a Canadian leader in mental health and addiction services—to deliver the program.

Within a supportive and caring environment, IAP provides short-term, confidential and professional counselling and coaching services to you and your family so that you can focus on the activities and people you love. You also have access to self-directed online resource packages and tools to help you take practical and effective steps to improving your well-being.
