Living a healthy lifestyle is about taking care of your personal health and wellness. This involves developing realistic actions to prevent illness, promote self-care and increase healthy behaviours. To help individuals prevent or manage chronic diseases so they can live their best life, we recently launched a suite of new, online care navigation resource pages designed to help people find reliable, local health care services and programs.

We recognize adopting just one healthy lifestyle habit can extend life expectancy by two years1. We also know that it may be difficult to know where to start.

These resources make it much easier for you to understand your available health options so you can take the steps to best meet your needs through

  • publicly available supports and educational chronic disease management information,
  • self-assessment tools,
  • up-to-date local information on available physicians and emergency wait times, and
  • a view of the health benefits that support a variety of chronic conditions.

Easy navigation

Our easy to navigate online resources contain relevant, reliable health and wellness information to help prevent and manage the most common chronic diseases including mental health, diabetes and heart disease.

Our goal is to empower you to regularly connect with the right resources at the right time to help you to live your best life. We recognize the importance of making healthy choices accessible for all and we are committed to creating supports, programs, products and services that help our team member, customers and communities no matter where they are on their wellness journey.

It’s really too bad that a person MUST take the MNRA DNA changing poison to access any indoor facility. Really healthy to prevent people from participating in activities like exercise, especially as a type 2 diabetic!!
