Did you know your Alberta Blue Cross individual health plan includes access to personalized health and wellness tools, resources and support whenever and wherever you need it?

What’s available?

Your Individual Assistance Program provides access to counselling that’s convenient for you—whether in person, by phone, online or video chat. We are partnered with Homewood Health—a Canadian leader in mental health and addiction services—to deliver the program.
