We know that the best experience is when your claim is paid at the time of service. This is the case 94 per cent of the time, but sometimes direct billing isn’t available. For those times, we have a new solution. We can appreciate that when you make a claim, you’re paying out of pocket and you want your money back as soon as possible.
Until now, when you signed up for direct deposit, you had to wait up to three business days after making a claim for your money to be deposited into your account. Our updated process ensures that when you submit a claim before 5 p.m. MT, you’ll be reimbursed the next business day.
