Our self-serve analytics dashboards make it easier than ever for group plan advisors and plan administrators to view and understand their plans.

To help you get a better understanding of how your employees are utilizing their group benefits, we’ve created several dashboards and reports that give you an overview of claims, costs and demographic information for your business.

As of today, three dashboards are available for your use.


Data on benefit utilization and overall spend by benefit line, participant age and submission type.


An overview of the total drug spend by drug category, total claims and claimant activity and benchmark comparisons.


Valuable insights on eligible participants by relationship, age, line of business and online activity, including trend analysis.

In the future, we are releasing more dashboards and reports that will give additional insight on disability claiming and utilization.

To start using the dashboards, simply sign in to your Alberta Blue Cross administrative application, plan advisor or plan administrator site , then click “Reporting” to view the Analytics Panel. You can choose to report by group or by section.
